Gloss - Shiny coating applied to the card makes colors pop!
Matte - A flat matte finish that smooths out the card. A very nice finish.
Uncoated - A premium card that is just paper card.
Silk - A flatter matte that is noticeably silky and smooth to the touch. Pricing.
Silk with Spot UV Gloss - A gloss is applied to any portion of the card to highlight some part of the card with the rest of the card a smooth matte. We set this up for you. A unique and elegant graphic effect. Pricing.
Textured Linen - A very fine textured card with no finish. Pricing.
Rounded Corners - Get either a 2 or 4 corner cut on your cards as shown with the orange corners. Adds $10 per thousand.
I have designed my own job. How do I prepare it to submit to Personal Trainer Cards?

We will accept almost any file type, such as tif, eps, jpg, pdf and will pre-flight (prepare for printing) and show you an on-line proof within 48 hours of receipt of your file.
PDF files are best to submit but must be prepared properly! Each file, including front and back, must be a separate file, at the correct size with bleeds built in (almost always an eigth of an inch on all sides). A business card with be submitted at a page size of 3.5x2 inches and one with bleeds will be submitted at a page size of 3.75x2.25.
• No crop marks or printer information is needed.
• Images must be 300 dpi at size to print well. Banner images need to be 150 dpi.
• Please convert all fonts and typefaces to curves or outlines when possible.
• Convert all items to CMYK for press.

What kind of turnaround time do you have on personal trainer business card print jobs?
Full Color Printing: will be ready in approximately 3-5 business days - jobs can be turned around and delivered faster but at additional cost. Other full color printing can take 7-10 business days.
Large Format Printing: will be ready from between 2 to 10 business days depending on complexity and finishing options.
The Gym House assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

What payment options are available?
1. Pay online! Your invoice, a pdf file sent directly to you, will have a link to a secure site.
2. Credit Card by Phone. Check by Mail.
Online payments are taken very seriously – we are aware of the dangers online, which many people are not; we protect ourselves and our clients. There is nowhere on the site that a payment can be made but only directly from a link within the pdf invoice – this avoids any kind of predatory searching online. The pdf invoice is sent directly from us to you. The link goes to a secure site within one of the most popluar accounting Merchant Services which our accounting is tied into. Since they are one of the largest and most popular accounting programs available they take security very seriously because they absolutely have to! When you log on and enter your information it is only available to you – your account numbers are encrypted (no one at this company ever has access to your account numbers) which is why we encourage people to enter information themselves and not give us any! Even access to our computers and sites are protected by a series of passwords, sites and security programs. Of course, you can also send a check but this will delay the order until we receive it.
